These Terms of Service govern purchases made through https://fluffyhats.com and the use of our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to the applicable contractual terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and Availability

We sell fashion accessories, including winter hats, beanies and earmuffs.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, colors and pricing.

Please review the individual product descriptions before purchasing.

Product availability may change. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order electronically.

A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example through an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept your order after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund without undue delay.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

4. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable checkout currency.

Any applicable taxes, shipping costs and other mandatory charges will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the destinations available at checkout.

We work with external suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may be shipped from locations outside Austria, and orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable law.

We will communicate relevant delivery problems and provide remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Risk of loss or damage transfers in accordance with mandatory applicable law. For consumers covered by EU consumer protection rules, this generally occurs when the consumer or an authorized third party takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union or other applicable customs areas, import duties, taxes or customs processing charges may arise.

7. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, including the general 14-day right of withdrawal for qualifying distance purchases within the European Union.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory withdrawal rights.

Any commercial guarantees, if offered, are additional to your statutory rights.

Your statutory warranty and consumer protection rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.

We may offer special promotions, product bundles or discount codes.

Any conditions, eligibility requirements and expiration dates will be communicated with the relevant offer.

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory legal provisions that apply to you under relevant international consumer protection rules.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights concerning legally competent courts.
