1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or post.

Sending your withdrawal notification before the 14-day deadline is sufficient. No prior approval from us is required.
2. Return Address and Instructions
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notification.
Please email support@fluffyhats.com with your order number to receive the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.
Because we work with different fulfillment partners, the designated return address may vary depending on your order.
We will provide the applicable return instructions promptly.

Please do not assume that the sender address on the original parcel is a valid return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For standard withdrawals, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where this has been properly disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it.
If an international return destination would result in unexpected costs that were not adequately disclosed before purchase, we will arrange a reasonable alternative or cover additional costs as required by applicable law.
If the product is defective, incorrect or damaged, your statutory rights remain unaffected. We will bear necessary return costs where legally required.
4. Refunds
If you withdraw from your entire order, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option do not need to be reimbursed where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged additional refund fees.
5. Product Condition
You may inspect and try on the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
This does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact:

Your statutory warranty rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal period and remain fully unaffected.
